Terms of Service

Full payment is required before any work begins. If ownership (server, bots, configs) is included, payment is due after delivery and approval. No work will be delivered without confirmed payment.

Cancel within 10 minutes of ordering to receive a full refund. After 10 minutes, only a 30% refund is available. No refunds are issued after final delivery.

Each order includes two free revisions. Additional revisions are charged according to which service is opted.

Orders are typically delivered within 1–7 business days, depending on complexity. Website/bots projects may require 1–3 weeks based on scope and features.

Expedited services are available for an additional fee. While such requests are prioritized, delivery time may still vary based on current workload.

Eligible only for returning clients with three or more completed orders.

To receive HD files (e.g., graphics), a valid email address must be provided.

Clear instructions and timely responses are expected. Delays in communication may lead to delayed delivery.

Unless an NDA is signed, Aveno Creatives may use final work for portfolio or promotional purposes.

Reselling our work is prohibited unless you've obtained a valid commercial license.
